MOBass Posted December 4, 2005 Posted December 4, 2005 I finally put the boat up for the winter. Time to take a break and enjoy the holidays with friends and family. I hope everyone has a good bite this winter and look forward to getting back on the water long about Febuary.
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted December 4, 2005 Root Admin Posted December 4, 2005 But the fish are biting!!!! It's not that cold!! Take 'em fishin'
Leonard Posted December 4, 2005 Posted December 4, 2005 well if its family... I understand... But if its in-laws...ARE YOU CRAZY??? thats my holiday excuse for getting away... is to go fishing http://www.taneycomonights.com
MOBass Posted December 6, 2005 Author Posted December 6, 2005 The in laws will be in for Christmas but that wouldn't have stopped me from fishing. I need to do some boat work and service my reels. I figure between new electronics (console and bow), having the trolling motor fixed, replacing the tralier jack and winch, and replacing the tail lights and markers with LED's I'll have plenty to keep my busy. After it's all done I'll be ready to hit the water in the spring and tear it up. Besides there is always fly fishing if I need a fix.
