Members CJBasswacker Posted May 25, 2006 Members Posted May 25, 2006 Just wondering what pound test and what type some of you guys are using on Table Rock with your dropshot and jig?
denjac Posted May 26, 2006 Posted May 26, 2006 I use 6 lb Trilene xt or the xL. Dennis Boothe Joplin Mo. For a nation to tax itself into prosperity is like a man standing in a bucket and trying to lift himself up by the handle." ~ Winston Churchill ~
Wayne SW/MO Posted May 26, 2006 Posted May 26, 2006 I've become fond of P-Line CX. 6 would be the first choice, but, depending on the color where you're going to fish, you might get by with a slightly heavier line if you already have it. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
Fishing Buddy Don House Posted May 29, 2006 Fishing Buddy Posted May 29, 2006 Bass Pro XL low vis green, 6 Pound.. Cheap but strong and if you want to go to a heavy line do not go past 8 pound!
