Crappie

I am going to fish a little crappie tournament with my daughter. She is 6 and it is a fund raiser for her 4-H club. The tourn. is out of Cricket Creek. Are the crappie up shalow yet? like 5 - 10 foot? In trees? What are they hitting on the best. They are allowing live bait for this one. I haven't crappie fished in about 10 years so any help would be appreciated.

I just posted a crappie report from Lake of the Ozarks. I know it's not Table Rock, but it might have some info that you could probably apply to Table Rock too?
