Leonard Posted December 4, 2005 Posted December 4, 2005 I was reading the Article about Dry flies on Norfork... I've seen I believe what are Trico's 18's and 20's... and I been using a little size 22 black poly wing... and they have been hitting it really good.. Other then small Adams and wulffs... what would be some more dry flies to fish this time of year?? http://www.taneycomonights.com
Jeremy Hunt Posted December 5, 2005 Posted December 5, 2005 I have found that fishing loop wing emergers in a size 18 work real well on Taney. Fish further down stream on the banks down by the public boat ramp. Fish olive and black but for some reason they like olive better. Also try fishing midges on the surface.Twich the rod and watch what hppens. Good luck. JH Accept the drift.....<>>><flysandguides.comVisit my blog
