Gone Fishing Posted April 22, 2010 Posted April 22, 2010 I've had my best luck on little white perch. The yellow ones will work to but the white ones are the best.
Jason Essary Posted April 22, 2010 Posted April 22, 2010 Save the money on goldfish and catch green sunfish. Look them up so that you can identify them. They stay alive a lot longer on the hook and once you find where they are at, easy to catch. I catch them in the backs of pockets lot this time of year, or on shelf rock banks, they love to live under the small shelves. Members swelbo1 Posted April 22, 2010 Members Posted April 22, 2010 How deep are yalls lines on your jugs? We do ours down here about 3-4 ft long. Are you throwing them out in shallow coves or out in the deeper water.
