Hows The Fishing At Orleans Trail?

I will be turkey hunting this weekend northwest of stockton. After that want to go down to orleans trail area to fish because it is the closest to our hunting area. Any advice or help would be appreciated. never fished up there before. We will be fishing from the bank. Going for Crappie or anything else thats hot. Thanks ahead of time.

The crappie should just be starting to move into the bank there. I would suggest 3 to 10 foot deep, depending on clarity, early in AM or just before dark. I suggest minnows but jigs will work just as well.
