oneshot Posted May 5, 2010 Posted May 5, 2010 Ok I talked with Adventures on 64 HWY they said they would Shuttle for $25. Now if you wanted to Camp there and use their Canoe cost $2.50 per person to Camp and $40 for their Canoe but thats not Camping on the river. Sorry for not getting back sooner. oneshot
podum Posted May 6, 2010 Posted May 6, 2010 If you want to see the various shoals and bars, try google maps - satellite view. The resolution is really good such that you can see the bars. The pics were taken during low enough water to give you a solid picture. The river will be a zoo in July on the weekends. Lots of floaters and a little rowdy. Fish early and late and during the week. Good luck. I wish I had more time more than I wish I had more money.
podum Posted May 6, 2010 Posted May 6, 2010 BTW there are trout from Barclay down to Prosperine according to the MDC. I know there are trout at Barclay (at least there were last weekend). Oneshot knows too. I wish I had more time more than I wish I had more money.
