eric1978 Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Nice piece! The Amish can really work some wood. Just bought an Amish rocker for the coming baby. Obviously I have no need for a horse cart like that...you know, with the advent of combustion engines and all, but I surely appreciate the craftsmanship.

A lot of people like putting stuff like that in their yards as ornaments. Maybe someone driving by might think of how nice it would look in their yard. There's a fine line between fishing and sitting there looking stupid.

Maybe someone driving by might think of how nice it would look in their yard. i would be to worried about thieves to leave it next to the road plus I live out next to the national forest and there really isn't anything here but gravel roads It's a smart idea though and I wish I didn't have to worry about thieves or I would put it at the canoe rental in alton . I did sell one cart the other day off the internet though so there are some people who are still into that kinda thing I would love to use if I had a good horse but then again If I had the time to use it I would probaly be fishing instead Tito DeGiosio & Cydney Siri Pleasnt Valley Cabin and Camping (Home of the fresh baked pies) www.pleasant-valley.biz 970-249-8330
