Table Rock, Viola Tournaments

Does anyone know where I can find regularly updated info on tournaments on Table Rock, specifically Viola? I love fishing those small local tourneys, just have a hard time finding out about them.....

The little local ones and night ones almost seem to be word of mouth and I am unaware of a place that has a complete list of Table Rock tournaments. Hopefully someone chimes in with better information.

The day time tournaments get kind of sparse during the hotter months as they are concerned about fish kill.

You might try the Missouri State Water Patrol regatta permit search below. You can search by lakes and by month. They list several tournaments.

Ditto the Mo Water Patrol listing, hands down the best source of info. Any tournament or even small club that has their act together will know to get a regatta permit. It is free and easy and most all the local and informal clubs , even the small 10 boat deals, know to get one.

It's a pretty good place to figure out how busy the lake might be with tourney boats as well, as it lists the number of boats the permit was issued for. For example tomorrow 6 tourneys listed for 387 boats total.

That is a better site. I forgot about it! There will be more boats than that fishing tomorrow with the KVD tournament.

I hear old 86 has a little jackpot every Sat night. I think it goes from 7 pm to about 1 am.

I have toyed with the idea of doing that out of Viola or even Viney.
