T-RockJaws Posted June 24, 2010 Posted June 24, 2010 Maybe that is why RRV and I do not catch very many fish, to busy site seeing!
mclothier1 Posted June 24, 2010 Posted June 24, 2010 Usually when the younger crowd does this its called "skinny dipping" For the more mature... Chunky-dunkin! lol On a side note, last year on vacation I saw a boat sitting in front of a bluff, nothing unusual except it sat there for at least an hour without moving couldnt really see anyone in it. So I got closer to check it out, and saw a naked woman posing while the guy was taking pics I think... Had to move closer still to investigate, and yep sure enough he was taking pics... then he fired up and took off. Compared to Colorado... this is nothing! just about anywhere you go in the mountains in the summertime, your gonna see naked people, especially around Boulder.
Stump bumper Posted June 24, 2010 Posted June 24, 2010 Last year on Beaver I had a great little bank picked out down near point 12 I was sure I could pull 2 or 3 keepers fast before dark since I suck at night fishing. When I rounded the courner I saw a house boat on my bank but thought I could fish around it. Droped the trolling motor looked up at the boat to ask permission to fish and saw two very nice nude young ladies tanning on top of the boat. The guy on deck welcomed me to fish around him. The problem here was my wife was my partner, so I didn't get to fish that point and ended the tournament with two fish.
Members ChiefTIm Posted June 26, 2010 Members Posted June 26, 2010 I had a similar experience at Shell Knob last week. Got there about 0500. Saw a boat on the bank near the ramp. I started to back down and saw a guy standing in the shallows that I would have sworn had no clothes on. Got closer and my first sight was right. Wasn't any of my business, so I ignored him. By the time I got mine in the water he was in his boat. I guess he thought it would be a good idea to explain. He hollered and said that was the first time his trailer strap ever broke when he launched his boat. Had to swim for it. Only at Shell Knob.
