Nice! It was lizard hot, as hubby says. We also fished Saturday and Sunday. Just targeting bass, though. Did ok. We tried fishing out, but seemed to do better closer in. How did you catch your LM?

trolling bottom bouncers with worm harnesses at 1-1.5 mph 14-18 ft. usually on point slopes and when we would pass by some kind of brush top on the bottom or rock pile.hope this helps .oh and larger ones came at dusk and after dark.

What are the bottom bouncers you are using? Seems like I had the walleye figured out until the hot weather came through, now the drum have run them all away! I am new to walleye, so any additional info would be helpful. Thanks.

wire bottom bouncers with a 1 and a half oz wt half way up the wire ,dragging a lindy rig type worm harness. i guess google (bottom bouncer to get a pic or check cabelas catalog) now that water temps have heated up you will probably have to move out and fish 18-20 ft .did not mark any shallow fish or catch any shallow feeding .hope this helps

I can confirm what eyeman said about the depth. The wife and I have been catching one or two walleyes each trip lately. They have all come around 20 ft. We have been fishing around CC and the water there is very warm.
