Trout Commander Posted August 27, 2010 Posted August 27, 2010 Looks like I am flying solo, driving down Saturday early and camping and camping Saturday night now. Are reservations needed? Is there any way around the $8.50 reservation charge??? I will either be in a gray bmw or red 4 dr grand am. Come say hey, I will have cold beer. I have spent most of my money on fly fishing and beer. The rest I just wasted. The latest Trout Commander blog post: Niangua River Six Pack

Trout Commander Posted August 27, 2010 Posted August 27, 2010 Turns out its too late for reservations. Hope I can find a spot. If worse comes to worse I'll car camp! Count me in for official head count either way. I have spent most of my money on fly fishing and beer. The rest I just wasted. The latest Trout Commander blog post: Niangua River Six Pack
rcguy Posted August 27, 2010 Author Posted August 27, 2010 I'm not sure of the head count. Myself, JDC, Paola Cat, NoLuck and his brother, JJ ?, Cocry, Cricket.....not sure who else. My plans for now are to get down there at 10 or 11 Sunday and stay at Sand Springs resort. I'll also fish Monday and Tuesday until 1:00 or 2:00 or so. See ya Sunday noon!!! I am sittin here waiting for the campground office to open as I post this from my phone. I have gotten everything rigged up and ready to roll as soon as I can secure a spot. I will get one in four also, maybe we can get together over a few brews this evening. I have got a sky blue shirt on and will have a bright orange camel back on my chest as my chest pack; shouldn't be hard to miss! Anyonethat sees me come say hello!
