branson vacation

We are headed to Branson for a family vacation next week and wanted to get the board's advise on where to take my boys to get into some fish.

We're renting a boat out of Kimberling City...any advise on where to go from there would be great. My boys are 7 and 5 so any kind of fish would be make them happy, as long as there is something tugging on the end of their line they'll be happy.

Blue Gill!! They are great for kids. There's tons of them and easy to catch... and they are even big enough to clean and eat.
