Lowrance 1240A Transducer?

I treid to use lowrances web site, and that is the most unuser freindly plce I have been. I have head you guys saying calling lowrance is even more frustrating so I thought Yall might have and answer.

I have a lowrance 1240a blue water flasher on my dash that I need a transducer for. Can anyone tell me a part number for the correct transducer. It is 192 hz i find 200 hz are they the same? Help Thanks In adavance TR

Call Scott at Marine Repair Center 833-9191. The 192 and 200 hz are not the same. What color connector is your transducer?

I tried Marine Repair he said his dad retired and was on vacation till the middle of next month. he said he would probaby be able to help was just trying to get fixed alittle sooner. I will check on the connector color and get back with you.

Here is a link to the Lowrance site that states that the 192 is no longer available. I would try craig's list, ebay, or old Marine shops that may have one. You may want to give Ulrich Marine a call.....they have a lot of stuff.....417.272.1852.
