straw hat Posted September 1, 2010 Posted September 1, 2010 The National Weather Service has started up a new website for storm history. This new map allows a person to now focus in tighter to a specific area of a state. I was able to close in tight enough to only have Stockton Lake on the map. I know that for most of us who fish the lake it is very beneficial to know how much rain has fallen just before a trip so we can make the best decision on how and where to fish. I hope this information helps. http://www.srh.noaa.gov/ridge2/RFC_Precip/
Predator1 Posted September 1, 2010 Posted September 1, 2010 Thanks Straw Hat, I went to Dove hunt below Aldrich bridge this morning. We got a few doves while the rain stopped from 630 to 8 o'clock AM. There was about 30 of us die hard dove hunters at my location. Man, the rain sure came down at 8am. Anyway, I appreciate this link. This will be helpful for many trips to come Have a great day, Charles
