Had a great day fishing, took the riverboat out for the first time in two weeks :crywithno: and it was well worth the trip. We caught a couple dozen fish mainly on crankbaits but I caught fish on everything except a jig(minnow, tube, lizard/shakey head, topwater). As with last trip both of us caught a 18" fish, although I must say mine was thicker and girth is important

I caught my big fish pretty early in the morning, probably around 8:30 or so on a lucky craft live pointer(american shad). Water was in the mid 70's and tea colored from the rain. The fish didn't seem to care. Onto the pics:

the largemouth caught me by surprise because I had never caught one there before. I caught another one downstream.

That first fish looks relatively healthy. Was this on a larger body of water?

midsized.

Nice fish.

If fishing was easy it would be called catching.
