ollie Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 It is now official, our fall clean-up will be November 6th starting at noon on Hickory Creek. I haven't picked a meeting place as of yet, but I am thinking this time we will start at the Hwy 86 bridge and work our way down to Morse Park. That is an area that we haven't done yet. The whole creek needs a good cleaning, but we just don't seem to have enough time to do all the work. Hopefully we will have good weather. If we don't then we might re-schedule a later week. Hard to tell that time of the year. Oh yea, we will have stocked fished so those who want to meet up earlier in the day can fish before we get started! I will have more details as the date gets closer, but until then plan on the 6th as our date. Thanks, ollie "you can always beat the keeper, but you can never beat the post" There are only three things in life that are certain : death, taxes, and the wind blowing at Capps Creek!
Buzz Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 As far as I can tell I'm going to be free on the 6th. I'll mark it on my calendar. If fishing was easy it would be called catching.
ollie Posted September 15, 2010 Author Posted September 15, 2010 Thanks Buzz and throw your canoe in the back of the truck if you would. I am getting the jonboat from the MDC or Rick may bring his canoe. If you can't bring it let me know. Buzz Posted September 16, 2010 Posted September 16, 2010 No problem. If fishing was easy it would be called catching.
