Danoinark Posted September 19, 2010 Posted September 19, 2010 Bill Anderson and I hit Beaver at daybreak this morning. Water low, low flow, and fog shouded. Fishing was slow. We did manage a couple of rainbows a piece on small olive wooley boogers. I did fish a few midges but no takers. We fished the first access below the dam. They did stock this region on Friday we were told when we stopped by the Dam Store. Half of the time was spent sitting on a downed log in the stream chatting between two old friends and enjoying the quite and beauty of that section of the river. Buzz Posted September 19, 2010 Posted September 19, 2010 It doesn't always have to be about the catchin'. If fishing was easy it would be called catching.

ollie Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 I haven't fished below Beaver in a few years now, but there for awhile I fished it about every month. Such a beautiful place and would always see deer out there in the middle of the day! After that report I may have to buy my Arky land license and go back down there! I always like the bluff up from Parker's Bend.
