The group will for the life of the original purchaser repair or replace and return to the original purchaser any such product which is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. Repair or replacement will be without cost to the original purchaser with the exception of return postage or freight. This commitment is limited to an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness. will have no other obligation nor be liable for incidental or consequential damages by abuse, neglect or commercial or rental use of this product, accident or normal wear and tear. If determines in its sole discretion that the product damage is caused by any of the foregoing factors then the original purchaser assumes the expense of any and all repairs or replacement. Should the purchaser have any doubt about the extent of this warranty, purchaser should request a complete estimate of the cost of repair or replacement at the time the product is returned. No work will be undertaken without the prior consent of the purchaser. Should the original purchaser desire to obtain repair service whether such service is covered under this warranty or not, purchaser should send the product postage or freight prepaid. Please e-mail for shipping details. In the event that determines that the original purchaser is covered under this warranty, it will make the required repairs or replacement and forward the product to the purchaser without charge. In the event that determines that the original purchaser is not covered under this warranty, it will return the repaired item and bill the purchasers credit card for the cost of repairs, shipping and handling and sales tax if applicable.
