I was told fishing over lights at night at the diving bluffs has been excellent the last week. Diving bluffs are across the lake from Big Cedar cove on the west side of the lake. Shad best bait- take a throw net.

No other details. Catching whites, crappie and even trout.

Trout in Table Rock? That seems weird.

Not uncommon at all... we hear of one caught every once in a while and they are usually fairly good sized.

My partner and I caught 5 last summer at different times while we were fishing for walleyes. The smallest one was over 3 pounds. All rainbows. Very healthy fish.

Are you talking about your avatar? Give us the story. I guess I can see near roaring river and up the White. Wasn't the Mo record brown from upper Bull Shoals at one time?

yeah it was....but its not uncommon to catch or even strictly fish up there for trout.

There are two types of people. Those who dream dreams and wish, then there are the do'ers. I am a do'er!

I've caught a lot of trout at the pothole down to Swan Creek, but I was thinking the state record came from around K-Dock or Beaver Creek at some point in the past.
