Members Moanzie
Here is a recent video from the NFOW. I first fished the NFOW in 1981. What a special place. The video includes some video and pics of the largest Rainbow I have ever caught on this river... The trout was pristine without a mark on it. Justin Spencer
Great video, nice bow! Even a nice plug for the Marsupial Mile (my answer to the Miracle Mile) due to our high number of possums. I do need to charge you a rod fee for catching fish in "my water". Always easy to recognize the 2 rocks in front of our takeout. I'd love to have a shot of you and that big fish for the website if you get a chance. Members Riedy09
Justin, It was good to see you again, and as always, I appreciate the help with the shuttle. Brian, It was a pleasure to finally meet you. Hopefully next time I see you on the water you are without clients so I can steal some of your intimate knowledge of the river…or just sit back and enjoy a few beers with you. But, you gentlemen are mistaken. The guy that posted the video is my uncle, although he ‘appears’ to look like my little brother. He is the one with the good looks that catches all the fish while I row for endless hours keeping him on primo drifts. I look forward to coming down in a month or so and seeing you gentlemen again. Brian Wise
Ahhh, gotcha! He is the one with the good looks that catches all the fish while I row for endless hours keeping him on primo drifts. I would have guessed that the one rowing when I first saw you guys would be the one with the "looks" (I couldn't resist!) Would love to have a sit-down, wade-in, float, whatever with you man! Members Moanzie
I have attached our photos. Kris is pictured on the right while I am on the left. Clearly I am the better looking of the two. See you on the river. Ray
Members Aaron Mills
I remember your boats with the water-coolers floating by (I am totally going to steal that idea from you and say i thought of it) and getting to chat with you guys for a few seconds. Can't remember if i was just floating with the fam or fishing at Patrick that day. The video's/pics were great. Thanks for putting it together and posting. The shot of the wasp nest was very cool. That thing makes me pretty nervous every time I go by it. The'bow you landed was awesome... you gotta love this river. aaron
