Gallagher Posted November 21, 2010 Posted November 21, 2010 I'm tying to remember if it was 0 units while wading or 1 unit while I waded, it's been awhile since I've gone, but the water was about mid butt for being 5'11" I'm thinking it's one unit at that height,..... can someone confirm this. Thanks! Carry out what you carry in...
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted November 21, 2010 Root Admin Posted November 21, 2010 Humm... not sure exactly what you mean. Zero units is no generation and one unit is about 3 feet of water, or less if they're running less than one. Have to refer to the water level. As far as depth, again I'm confused by the question. You can still fish with one unit pretty easily. Depth depends on how far you wade out in the water. No generation- most places won't be over your butt, depending how far your butt is off the ground.
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted November 21, 2010 Root Admin Posted November 21, 2010 As far as fishing reports... I should have one up in a couple of days. This is a slow time and not many ppl fishing- at least the ones who write reports. Not sure what Babler's been doing lately.
Gallagher Posted November 22, 2010 Author Posted November 22, 2010 Phil, thanks for the reply! I realize my question was somewhat vague, but mostly I was trying to figure out the amount (or volume rather) of water & level between no units running or 1 unit, ergo no generation to 1 unit would be wadable,... 2 units running "man down" forget about trying to wade fish. Heck for all I know each unit could vary in it's degree of discharge. I'm not sure how the whole power generation rate is determined, I guess time will tell, & from the help of those here on the forum. Carry out what you carry in...
