Members mchunter Posted January 10, 2011 Members Posted January 10, 2011 2010 Humminbird 788ci Combo w/internal gps Quadrabeam Plus Transducer/transom mount I bought this unit new in October, 2010. I purchased the Quadrabeam Plus transducer separately. I have used it 4 days total. 3 on Beaver and 1 on Tenkiller in Oklahoma where I live. The unit works excellent and is in excellent condition, I am only selling because I want to get one of the new Side Imaging units before spring. I have the boxes and manuals. I will remove the unit from boat when someone wants it. $540.00 MCHUNTER

Members mchunter Posted January 10, 2011 Author Members Posted January 10, 2011 Questions, have you up graded any software, what screens are available, how many slots, any maps on it. Any other info is appreciated. Here is the info on it. It comes with the Humminbird Contour XD map, but IMO you are better off to buy a map card if you like a lot of detail. I bought the Navionics Hotmaps card with 14,000 lakes on it. The HD maps for Beaver for instance, are awesome. I am keeping my map card to use in my next one though. If you search around on the net you can find one pretty reasonable, just make sure it has your preferred lake or lakes on it. I don't have the manual with me right now, but I believe there are 8 or 9 screen settings. It has just about everything you could want, except I now want the Side Imaging. I called Humminbird before I put this up for sale, because I wanted to know if there was just a update I could download to get Side Imaging. They told me my model was not compatible for Side Imaging, but that it should have all the latest updates on it already. It has 2 card slots. The info below says Quadrabeam is optional, but that is why I bought it myself instead of ordering the unit with the standard transducer. If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask. Hope this helps.
