Members KC Trout Fan Posted March 9, 2011 Members Posted March 9, 2011 913-917 usually... Psalm 16:8 I know the Lord is always with me. I will not be shaken, for he is right beside me.
rps Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 931 is the spillway level. The corps calls 915 normal, but that number is one we visit on the way up or down. They pulled the lake down to sell electricity and to make room in case we have another 2008 type wet Spring. The rains will bring it up. What we don't know is when and how much.
captmac Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Kinda like a new bride To have a true friend is wonderful, to have a true friend who fishes with you....... priceless
Bill Babler Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 I have fished Table Rock and been involved with the lake, since the early 70's. The lake really does not have a normal power pool. They like to draw it down usually from January thru early Spring to help with the flood control, and of course thru the Winter to supply electricity. It however is not uncommon at anytime to see the lake anywhere from 905 to 919. Anything in this range I consider as normal or seasonal. It gets to 920 or below 905 and that is a bit out of the norm. That still can be seen from time to time. http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
Billfo Posted March 9, 2011 Author Posted March 9, 2011 Thanks for all the replies.I will be sure to jot down that info so I wont ask again I put my boat in from Big Indian about 10 days ago.. looked like a complete different lake.. Stumps were everywhere I had NO idea...Lots of rock drop offs exposed. The cove next to mine looked more like a gravel flat that a cove.. Mine luckily was still 12 feet deep. Im my backyard, I seen the Corps mushroom marker way up on dry land where it usually was underwater. I will read the info on the marker next time & see if it has any useful information stamped on it. I am thinking about heading down again early 1/2 of next week if weather looks favorable-for fishing. Try to catch a starving Bass or two..... Email me Red-Right-Returning is for quitters !
