Stockton Lake Guide Service Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 and don't forget, it's for the kids!! Thunderin Gobbler Posted March 22, 2011 Posted March 22, 2011 Just a few days left till our benefit tournament. I'm starting to get a lot of calls finally. It looks like we may have a good turnout after all. Don't forget, like Gilly and Bob said, IT'S FOR THE KIDS!!!!
Gilly Posted March 24, 2011 Author Posted March 24, 2011 Hope the weather holds up for you guys, Thunderin. We're suppose to camp out @ a buddys' place this weekend & then go to a Ducks Unlimited banquet Sat. night. Suppose to snow now (Schuyler Ne.) so we might end up staying inside. Yeah, I know.......wussie. But my sinuses just won't cooperate anymore. And again........good luck with the tournament! www.drydock516.com
Thunderin Gobbler Posted March 28, 2011 Posted March 28, 2011 Due to the bad weather( cold, windy, rain, lightning) Saturday morning, we had to cancel our tournament. We are hoping to reschedule it for either sometime in June, or later in the fall. This is a major blow to our youth hunt, as we were relying on a good turnout to help fund it.
Gilly Posted March 28, 2011 Author Posted March 28, 2011 LBummer! That particular weekend has been our nemisis too for the last 3 years. Drove through a dang whiteout this past Saturday to get to the banquet. Keep the faith Thunderin, those kids are worth it. www.drydock516.com www.drydock516.com

Thunderin Gobbler Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 If we were to hold a benefit crappie tournament on Stockton to raise money for our youth events, how many of you guys would be interested? I think it would be a fun idea, plus you'll get to keep your fish, unlike bass tournaments. If I can get enough interest, I will put a tournament together. Thanks
Gilly Posted March 29, 2011 Author Posted March 29, 2011 Instead of the bass tournament or in addition to? www.drydock516.com www.drydock516.com
