FishinCricket Posted March 25, 2011 Posted March 25, 2011 If we have to cancel due to weather or high water, I will reschedule for May 15. Due to other fishing and hunting trips, that is my next open date. We will meet at the MDC Limekiln access on Shoal Creek between 8-9am. From there we will shuttle to he put in point. We pack as many canoes and on my trailer as we can. I think we ended up with about 8 canoes and yaks. We will only take what vehichles we have to. We will leave the others at Limekiln. After the float, we will shuttle back to Limekiln to wrap up the day. We usually throw a big feed. Do you guys still want to do that??? Alrighty, sounds good to me... But can we get some basic directions or an address for the GPS? (FYI my trailer can fit a few extra boats and my tahoe can fit 5 or more) How long is the float? My boat turns into a pumpkin at dark, ya know... cricket.c21.com
Trout Commander Posted March 25, 2011 Posted March 25, 2011 Cricket, Looks like you can throw the intersection of Limekiln Dr & Highway MM in Neosho into your gps. Anyone want to carpool from Springfield? I have spent most of my money on fly fishing and beer. The rest I just wasted. The latest Trout Commander blog post: Niangua River Six Pack

Hey, that works! The reverse of what I was thinking but that'll save us both gas money instead of me giving some bums a free ride I can meet you up on 44 too. I don't run so fast though so we probably ought to plan for a gas station or truck stop off of 44 actually. I have spent most of my money on fly fishing and beer. The rest I just wasted. flytyer57 Posted March 25, 2011 Posted March 25, 2011 If the float is postponed due to bad weather, I will have to drop out since I will be busy on May 15th. So pray for good weather on the 17th of April if you want me to show up and bad weather if you don't. And I can hear your prayers so I'll know which one of you don't want me to show up. There's a fine line between fishing and sitting there looking stupid.
