jdmidwest Posted March 23, 2011 Posted March 23, 2011 Its a good lightweight boat, I have one and it works good. Good price, but a pic may help you sell it. "Life has become immeasurably better since I have been forced to stop taking it seriously." — Hunter S. Thompson
Trout Commander Posted March 23, 2011 Posted March 23, 2011 Very interested. How long have you had it and where/how was it stored? I have spent most of my money on fly fishing and beer. The rest I just wasted. The latest Trout Commander blog post: Niangua River Six Pack
PAT92B Posted March 23, 2011 Author Posted March 23, 2011 Very interested. How long have you had it and where/how was it stored? I think ive had it for 3 years but I bought a kayak between now and then so it didnt get 3 years worth of use its been out maybe a dozen times. Its been stored in my garage the whole time.
flytyer57 Posted March 23, 2011 Posted March 23, 2011 There you go TC. I had thought about selling mine cuz I mostly use the yak now, but I decided to hang on to it. I was going to put mine up for about the same price. For floating rivers, you won't have any problems with one of these. Just like fishing from a one man drift boat. They weigh about 50 lbs. The toons are made of ripstop nylon covering the bladders and are very durable. I wouldn't hesitate to snap that up. There's a fine line between fishing and sitting there looking stupid.
Trout Commander Posted March 23, 2011 Posted March 23, 2011 Sounds pretty good Pat. Any signs of wear or cracking where it has been creased or folded? I have spent most of my money on fly fishing and beer. The rest I just wasted. The latest Trout Commander blog post: Niangua River Six Pack

Trout Commander Posted March 23, 2011 Posted March 23, 2011 Are you planning any trips down this way in the near future? I'd hate to see a shipping quote for that thing, and gas to drive to you and back would probably come close to the cost of the toon . How small does it actually pack down to for storage/transport? Im thinking about taking a couple day trip to north fork or 11point but it may be a month befor i get down that way. im waiting on more predictable weather so i can camp.
