duckydoty Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 Last night was a bust. Threw everything and caught only one fish. Could see and hear them everywhere but could not get a bite. Tonight was a little better. Started fishing around 7:30 and fished till 9:30. Put 7 fish to hand and lost 5 or 6 more. Did the best on white swimming minnows by casting straight across the current and just letting it bounce the bottom all the way down with out realing. The bite would come at the bottom of the swing. Could not get a bite any other way or with anything else. Threw the fly rod for a while and nothing on that either. Hope the incoming weather does not slow it down too much.
