I was looking at the Cut Throat Hand woven leaders at the fly shop yesterday. I have never used them and would like to get more information on how the work for the guy's who have used them.I was intrested in the 76" 4-6# Ultimate Dry Fly in green, & the Medium 4-6# 50" Nymph Green. Both treated to float. :beaten:

Take a Child Fishing they are the future of the sport.

I have to agree with Jack. Dad and Em's Fishin' Products furled leaders are really good. I was able to use a few prototypes they create a few years back and they are still on my rods today.

The prices are "right" as well. I did own a furled leaders from Feather-Craft, but gave them away after using Dad and Em's.

You just cannot go wrong.

I've also done business with Simontons. Fast personal service by e-mail with some great advice, great looking products and some of the proceeds go to charity. What more could you want?

I've been very pleased with performance of furled leaders on creeks (light gauge) and rivers like the 11 Point (heavier gauge). Improved castability and long life. Eliminates the clip-off question for tapered leaders. Don't see any disadvantages for Missouri trout fishing.

Great workmanship from Jason at Deercliff:
available at Tim's (Roaring River) and Reeds (Bennett Springs)

Give Troy a call and he can answer all your questions. They make some great leaders....... I have used them for pulling streamers for white bass, dry flies on Crane, and nymphing rigs on the 11point. For most of the leaders I like the 3' ones and bluid off that. Superfly
