Gilly Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 Headed to Stockton this weekend. Should have my boat out of storage by then. Hopefully the mice left us alone. Tried a new place this winter, gravel floors. Have to get the critters trained. www.drydock516.com www.drydock516.com

Walleyedmike Posted April 12, 2011 Author Posted April 12, 2011 Nice...thanks for sharing the pics. Marty, how'd you get that overhead pic running down the lake, from a bluff or aircraft? I've driven past your house and admired your boat from afar. Lol! Zarra, gald to see another Ranger brother! Those 692's are nice rigs. Have you owned her since she was new? I'll be looking forward to your pics Gilly. I'll be down this weekend as well. Look for me, tan Dodge 2500. We'll be the only two guys from Nebraska at Stockton this weekend, shouldn't be hard to spot each other! I store my boat with A&A through the summer...gravel floored storage units and no varmint problems so far. C'mon guys keep 'em coming. I'm as proud of my current boat as I was my first boat, a 1983 Chris Craft Tara with rotten floors, weathered seats and a 90 horse 'rude. I don't think I have any pics of that boat, and that's a shame. Lets see your pride and joy! Heck, even if your rig is a truck to get you to your favorite bank fishing spot, show it off! WM

WM Yes, I got it in Sept of 98... It is the 99 model with a serial number of -07..... I have owned 3 rangers but, this is the first that was new... It makes a great Stockton boat !!! High sides and 47 gals of fuel in the nose of the boat, allows you to cut the white caps without needing a seatbelt and you stay DRY !!!!!!!! Gilly Posted April 12, 2011 Posted April 12, 2011 I'm @ A&A too, Mike. On 39 across from the boat repair shop. New storage units but we had so many mice my wife made me quit using sticky traps. We'd grab the boat on the first day we were down there and a few days later when it's time to head home we'd open the doors to the unit and there's a bunch of mice squirming around...."That's gross, now what are you going to do with them??" (Uh gee honey...catch and release I guess.) Bob, too funny, but Marty tells it differently I bet! Kids suggested last night we hit the road Friday night. They're only down until Monday mid-day. They wanted to get in some quality fishing so I'm counting on you for a heads up. My wife and I plan on being there through the 23rd unless the weather doesn't cooperate. www.drydock516.com www.drydock516.com
