These were at levels from well into the rise to the crest. Went to Springfield the Sat before Easter, spent Easter on the couch with food poisoning (again). Poked my head out Monday to several extra feet of water.

Ish Monroe at Schooner on Tuesday morning. He had the same problem Monday with his Ranger that I did/do...inches of water standing in locked hatches. He took every single piece of gear out of his boat and was drying it off / out. As in, all the baits out of every box and drying the baits and the box with a towel. All my hatches are open now in the garage, and there are baits everywhere. Guess the level was about 927 or so, based on seeing it in 2008. The little turnaround by the tree in the pic was way under by the next morning.

Also Tuesday. Swingset is the one I am tied up to (on Thursday I think) in my previous post. Water has not reached it yet.

Light poles across the cove during Wednesday morning's lightning storm. Taken from under a dock. Like in Forrest Gump's letter home, it looked like it was raining up.

East side of 13 Bridge Wednesday evening, from the Harter House parking lot. Rain played Hell with my grilling, but made for good conversation across the street at Ozarks B&T. Rich will probably never get as many phone calls in one day as he did that Wednesday with the Great Big Bridge Closing Rumor.

Thanks for your posts and pictures, very good information. I've heard those fish were eating all the crawlers with the high water, you definitely confirmed that. Sorry to hear about Ish and yourself having the "boat flood", I thought Rangers were tougher than that! I'll be there next week, I'll give it my best and report what I find.
