Members Twin Lakes Guide Service Posted July 30, 2011 Members Posted July 30, 2011 I Was Pleased to find the fish finally at the edge of the brush at 30 feet. That means less tackle lost. Some of the guide trips I have had out untill now we would lose 10 to 15 harneses makes for a long day getting tackle tied back up and ready for the next trip. We pulled bottom bouncers and used Jig and a half a crawler to get 4 keepers We didnt catch a ton of fish but the ones I caught were nice ones up to 25inches. In places I marked lots and lots of fish and only catch one or two then have to move on.Another thing I noticed was was I saw some shad fry floating and they are about 2inches long and I think the walleye are preety well fed right now.Caught most on Main lake and secondary points and flats.
