Members Bimmer Posted August 15, 2011 Members Posted August 15, 2011 With the cooler temps the wife and I decided to see if we could find any LM's. The majority of the afternoon was uneventful. The first 20 minutes starting at around 5:30 we landed two protected fish at 13" and 15" respectively. We found them by traveling to the far south corner of the dam buoys and then heading east to the second point. They both were in about 12ft of water mainly lurking in the vegetation with a few sparse and small trees. Both came off a warthog. Maybe if iy keeps cooling off we can land a couple of "keepers". God is my Pilot! I'm just riding "shotgun".
