I seen a picture of whistle bridge on the web and figured I could get it unloaded there, but riffles are a different story. That's why I asked for it looked like on a map that there were a couple narrow places on it. Guess I'll think of something else like a canoe. figured fishing would be better up that way then on LOZ for I have never fished LOZ and I think it would be more peaceful as well, I would think.

You should talk to Living Waters, they partner with Windemere and do conoe trips from Lead Mine down to Cherry Mountain. Anyone at Windemere should be able to help set the trip up. With that said... I run my 16' jet from Ha Ha Tonka to about 1 mile below the "whistle" all the time and then float back down. I don't drag in this area. I usually stop about a mile below the whistle because of "dragging" water but it wouldn't be bad in a small v bottom boat (in my opinion).\
