Members BIG K Posted November 11, 2011 Members Posted November 11, 2011 with the water coming through the dam at 57 to 58 degrees and the surface temp of table Rock at 59 in some spots could turn over be close ( higher o2 levels) or are we going need to get table rock down to 40 whats everyones thoughts on this
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted November 14, 2011 Root Admin Posted November 14, 2011 You're right. With water temps very warm down deep, the turn will happen early IF it stays relatively cold. Need cold and wind- that will turn Table Rock quicker than anything.
XP 590 Posted November 14, 2011 Posted November 14, 2011 Tanycomo turns over? (is there an emoticon for sarcasm?)
Gallagher Posted November 14, 2011 Posted November 14, 2011 Tanycomo turns over? (is there an emoticon for sarcasm?) I'm sure somebody could have better input here, but from what I gather, Tablerock turns over & is reflected on Taneycomo for the water coming "through" the dam via the generators. Carry out what you carry in...
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted November 14, 2011 Root Admin Posted November 14, 2011 I have extensive articles and there are lots of posts on this.
