Lake Taneycomo Late Season

Dose anybody know how the hunting is on taneycomo late season when everything is iced up. Is there alot of pressure do the ducks use the lake, will the lower end of the lake freeze up. I have plenty of time off during the winter and im thinking about a good cast and blast

I've only seen ice down there in the cove areas and close to shore when its been really cold for a week or two. There are quite a few hunters down there. Like everything, the weekends are the worst. Ducks and geese to hold on Lower Taney when everything else freezes up. Some good hunting can had down there.
