LittleRedFisherman Posted December 6, 2011 Posted December 6, 2011 Here she is!! Rob was great, he done a great job on the boat. We walked through his shope and showed how they are built. I've wanted one of these for years, I'm thankful that I was finally able to get one. Look forward to seeing you on the water!! There's no such thing, as a bad day fishing!
rps Posted December 6, 2011 Posted December 6, 2011 They are beautiful and you will love yours. On the river I enjoyed every moment. Over here on the upper end of Table Rock, they got the job done, but other boaters kept trying to sink me. On my blog you can find a picture of the one I once owned.
gotmuddy Posted December 7, 2011 Posted December 7, 2011 I dont know how your going to like that auto pilot trolling motor but that boat is awesome. It looks really nice. everything in this post is purely opinion and is said to annoy you.
LittleRedFisherman Posted December 7, 2011 Author Posted December 7, 2011 Thanks guys! Muddy, that's not autopilot, its wireless, its got a hand and a foot control There's no such thing, as a bad day fishing!
gotmuddy Posted December 7, 2011 Posted December 7, 2011 how responsive is it? I have found that a hand control does best for me on a swift moving river. everything in this post is purely opinion and is said to annoy you.

You will love the way this boat handles and fishes on the water--the Supremes/Shawnee's are bullet proof. You can fish 4 people in it no problem too. By the way, did you see my new boat while you were at the Supreme factory? It is the 48XP with the Copper stripe. I'm picking it up this week as well and when I get it I will post some picutres on here for you to take a look at. Rob and his guys builds the best boat out there for sure and he has a great business.
LittleRedFisherman Posted December 8, 2011 Author Posted December 8, 2011 Muddy, i'm not sure yet, I've yet to get it in the water, but I know a guy that has one and love its. Whiteriver, yeah I did see that boat, I looked at close, I love the big extra dry storage you had added to it, I wish I had done that, awesome looking boat. I have to admit, I was more familar with the shawnee's, they are neat looking boats, but there perforance is what is legendary about them, but when I saw my supreme, I'm taking aback a little by how sharp a looking boat they are, almost to pretty to fish in....lol.....almost There's no such thing, as a bad day fishing!
junkman Posted December 8, 2011 Posted December 8, 2011 Keep us posted on the pro's and con's as you try it out. Some of us can only dream of owning a fine boat like that.

I have an 8 year old that likes to romp around in the boat. I don't want my Falcon rods to be missing a tip or broken in half, so I had that added--I had the 20+ inch bait trays placed on the sides so I can keep hooks, sinkers, etc. You can also walk on the rod box if you need too--it's that strong. These are sharp looking boats for sure..
Members Whiteriver Posted December 10, 2011 Members Posted December 10, 2011 I went to Mtn. Home today and picked up my new Supreme L48XP and it's nothing short of awsome. I can't think of a better Christmas present thanks to Rob at Supreme/Shawnee Boats. This boat has dry storage in the front and rear with a walk thru live well/dry storage in the middle. The pictures don't do the color justice. It has a Copper Penny stripe with a matching trailer. I stapped my 25hp Yamaha on there, so I'm ready to hit the water and I will just as soon as I get a chance. Don't let the cold weather keep you home--the fish still bite--especially trout. If you're thinking about a boat give Rob a call or go to Supremboats.com or Shawneeboats.com. You can check out the different models and options. They do make the best boats out there so take a look if you're in the market--I'm glad I did--I love this boat...
