nxs Posted December 18, 2011 Posted December 18, 2011 it was so foggy when we came down the hill we couldn't even see River Run so drove on down to Beaver. they run water most of the day. Brought home 17 crappie and 5 bigger than your hand perch that were just about white.Threw 2 or 3 back before we started putting them in the live well. Several of the crappie run up to and over 11" so ended up with a good mess of fish. All on the bottom in 20' to 25' of water on pink and chart tubes.

nxs Posted December 19, 2011 Author Posted December 19, 2011 along the channel. it was rock with lots of limbs and junk on the bottom. We were setting about 30' out and casting towards the bank. But most of the time they picked it up off the bottom. They were running water.
