I fished the Muncie Cemetery area for years and I don’t think you would have any issues as long as you weren’t trashing the place up. Folks go in there and dump trash and or leave their beer cans scattered around. It was a popular place to have beer and pot parties, so they put up signs. It’s not just kids either that cause the problems.

Yep. It can be a little trashy. I've picked up trash where I usually park the truck in the past.
