Hey Dano... what line do you have on that Eagle Claw?

Terry, presently I have a Rio double double taper .. one end is 6wt dt the other is 5 wt dt with loops where I can change it if I need. Its an older line that I don't think is made any more. I am fishing the 5wt end on it now for both of the featherlights. As to reels for these things they sure pair well with a medalist 1494 and or a old Martin 61. Both a bit nostalgic and balance these rods good.

Another comment about sink tip lines. I don't use them, but I do use the Cabelas or Airflow sinking leaders. You can gets these inexpensively in different sink rates. They are 5 feet in length, attach to your line loop to loop if you want and I just add a couple feet of tippet. It sure sinks a fly whether you are fishing streamers or little bugs.
