Thanks for the report, it's hard to get anyone to give one down in that area. I hope to start fishing again here in a couple weeks.

What little information I can give I'm more than happy to help out. All the tips and such i have learned on here has benefited me greatly. Right now i'm waiting for the branson tourism season to pick up so i have more time on my hands than anything. I can't think of a better way to spend it than down at the lake I'm going back down there with my friend tonight i'll add on to this post what we come up with.

just an update on going out the other night. I caught one trout it was extremely windy so we packed it in early because the temp started dropping drastically. might try again this weekend when its warmer.

thanks, it was about 19". I went out again a couple late afternoons ago and caught two more but both were way to small to keep. but always fun to catch

Where is Shadow rock park, Im new to the area and im trying to learn BS, ive only fished the k dock area down to bear. Am i close??

Shadow Rock is located at Forsythe Missouri at the intersections of Hwy 76 and 160. This is where Swan Creek runs into BS. Shadow Rock has playground, tennis/basketball courts and boat ramp. On the South side just South of the 76 bridge is the entrance of River Run Park and Boat acess ran by the Corp of Engineers. You can take the river run road and go all the way to the PowerSite Dam. (start of BS).
