Thanks again Phil for all the video. Not only does it teach, but I'm also using it to get rid of "Fishing Fever" up here in Ill. Hope to be down the last week in February and see you. Don't know any thing about making movies, but your instuctional clips look pretty good to me.Keep doing them and I'll keep watching them....

Great video Phil. Refreshing to watch an instructional but entertaiing fishing show without a commercial. You should be on TV but the ad boys wouldn't like it.

Very cool video Phil. I've been a believer in jig fishing down there for the last couple years primarily off your advice. We're on our way down in a couple weeks so hopefully that good brown fishing continues! Thanks for the video.

Are you dropping down to 2 pound test when throwing a jig that small?

I use Damyl's TecTan line which is labeled much differently than other lines.

I like 6.4 lb - .16 mm dia. for almost everything including jigs up to 1/8th oz. It'll handle small jigs too- down to 1/32nd oz.

Compare than dia with Trilene XL - 2 lb is .13 mm, 4 lb is .20 mm.

Vanish: 2 lb is .15 mm

It's hard to find but you can get it here - http://www.fishusa.com
