Chris Gates Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 I'll be down there April 21st & 22nd also, assuming water cooperates
OKFlyFisher44 Posted March 2, 2012 Author Posted March 2, 2012 Where r u guys staying at Chris and which sections u gonna fish? We always camp at Eagles Park on top of the hill. It will look like tent city up there as we will have 6-8 guys in our group. Chance ...I'm haunted in my dreams of waters I have yet to fish and trout I have yet to catch... Chasing the Dream...
Nortrad Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 Used to camp at Ozarks Mtn. Ranch, but I heard you cannot camp down there anymore.
Justin Spencer Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 Great fish! Glad my boat could get out even though I wasn't around, just wish I knew who it was! Chances are it was Brandon who works for me since the boat is back where it belongs. Happy to see the blue ribbon stretch fishing good! Gavin Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 Ozark Mountain Ranch is closed...Mr. William's has some health issues that required his family to close it down. I'm not sure whats going to happen to the property. Many good times there.

If for some reason you switch gears and head to NFOW let me know.

We are gonna head back to the NFOW at the end of March unless conditions on the White look promising for an epic Caddis hatch, just gonna play it by ear like we always do! We are headed to the 11 Point next weekend to do an overnight float...cant wait! Chance ...I'm haunted in my dreams of waters I have yet to fish and trout I have yet to catch... Chasing the Dream...

Some of my best dry fly fishing was down there in late March & early April. Bright green rhyacophilia pupae are nice to have in April. I am envious of the Eleven Point overnight. Greer to Whitton in 2 days?
