Terry Beeson Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 Dang it.... OK... I guess I'll keep with the theme and tie a midge... Probably something in a Disco Midge or similar.... Members MoTex Posted September 21, 2006 Members Posted September 21, 2006 I hate to do this but my wife just delivered our second child last week (a beautiful baby girl) and I have realized that I will not have the time or the energy to participate in the swap. Sorry guys. Apparently I have forgotten how tired one gets with a newborn in the house. I hope to make the 3rd swap.
Don Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 Well, darn it, I'll abide by the rules as well. I'll tie the copper dun zebra midge instead of eggs bodacious. Thanks.....Don Don May I caught you a delicious bass.
Luke Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 MoTex - Congratulations on your second child and good luck. Don't worry about dropping out of this swap, your wife and kids need and deserve your time a lot more than we do. --Luke

I appreciate the cooperation of everyone trying to tye midges. i have made the appropriate changes and additions to the swap. Friday was my deadline, what does everyone think about closing it tomorrow, or leaving it open another week.... let me know There are two types of people. Those who dream dreams and wish, then there are the do'ers. I am a do'er!
Kansas Fly Fisher Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 Either way works for me. Another week may get some new takers. It seems we are still gathering some. Maybe another week wouldn't be too bad. But, how's your schedule going to hold out with your tryouts and all? John Born to Fish, Forced to Work KSMEDIC.COM

Luke Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 motroutbum - Can you edit your original post and put the names and patterns of the participants up there? That way it's at the top and easy to find. --Luke
Danoinark Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 I should be able to get in. Can we wait till next Friday for the deadline.
