Does The Corps Have The Buoy Line Up Below The Dam?

Just wondering if the Corps has the buoy line up below the dam? I haven't been down yet, but I am thinking that in the next two weeks it ought to start in earnest below the dam. The water temperature on the lake is 50 according to the daily lake information. Over the last couple of years, when the water temp hits 55 to 57 is where the Hybrids and white bass seem to turn on below the dam, at least according to my observations. Given that the temperatures on the lake in the coves(reiver arms) have been reported in the 60s on the lake I

suspect they have been trying to spawn there. Any reports of anyone lucky enough to have gotten down there would be appreciated. Tight lines!!!!

Seen them pull it in couple weeks ago.Went by there this evening looked like they was running Genertors and several down there.
