I can't get any of the phone in reports to work. Just a gray screen with a black rectangle in the middle with a "Play" triangle. If I click on it it also just turns gray, and nothing happens.

What browser are you using. If you're using Chrome, it will not play it. All other browsers will.

Worked fine in Safari.
