My favorite. Get some oil up to 350. Put some cornmeal based fish breading in a paper lunch bag. I use the Zatarains because its cheap. Add some cayenne to it if you like. put a few fillets in the bag and shake a bit. The breading will take without any milk or egg. Fry till they float. You can thank me later.

I've just recently started going thru morrisville because of walnut grove cops. One night I got pulled over on a side road out there by one of them and ive never had my butt raked and harassed so bad in my life. It's definitely worth creepin thru morrisville at 10 mph by the school.

Thanks guys! I go thru Walnut Grove quite a bit coming to the lake from Ebenezer and I never knew it was so bad... I've never even seen a cop! I'll be sure and take it easy but I pretty much play by the rules anyway. Pretty much.

hey justin, frying is the way i would cook the fish or u can bread it the same wake and bake in the oven. I might have to try lilleys way sometime jsut for something different. I always go thru walnut grove since i live in springfield but i slow down even though i rarely see the cop. unless im coming from Fairgrove area with a buddy then we go on 215 thru morrisville since its a straight strech for us.

My wife Just called and found out its going to cost me $229 DOLLARS for all 3 tickets.... so I will be taken donations at this time. Not only that I will not be fishing for the next few weeks. I will have to get my tags all fixed to keep them off of me. Its funny I have had many of Springfield and Willard cops behind me and I have not been pulled over by them. and I have a tail light out on my boat trailer as well. Did not get to cook any fish. My wife order pizza. So I will have to tomarrow. My boy told me he is ready to eat some fish. LOL he will eat any thing that is not nailed down.

boobie, i used to use the bass pro breading, but i make mine now. I love the shake/breaderr i got from there though very useful for alot of things, or u can use the ziplock bag to do the breading as well.

I like the least amount of added flavour to my fish...Cornmeal a little salt and that's it...especially on Crappie...and don't overcook.

My boys are the same way, Dennis......and then they lay the hot sauce on so thick my eyes water. Go figure.
