Windsor Break-In Boys Busted.

I was unaware of this, but there had been a rash of vehicle break-ins at one of the Windsor ramps, I think it's called London Park. Today the BVPD caught the perps red-handed, 16 and 19 yo males. Story is the PD took them home and found a bunch of fishing stuff in their garage. If you've been ripped off at the lauch you might want to contact BVPD and see if they have your stuff.
