podum Posted May 1, 2012 Posted May 1, 2012 Coming later this week. I've seen river levels at the 800-900 levels (Windyville) several times on the Niangua. There has been a wide range of water clarity at these levels. Sometimes chocolate milk, sometimes no worse than cloudy. Has anyone looked to see the condition after the rain last night and this morning? Thanks in advance. I wish I had more time more than I wish I had more money.
Members northernranger Posted May 3, 2012 Members Posted May 3, 2012 I happened to be down there yesterday at the Bennett access and it was pretty muddy and strong. After a quick wade and a couple casts, I had enough. Chocolate milk is the perfect description.
podum Posted May 6, 2012 Author Posted May 6, 2012 It went down fast and is clearing. Fishing was tough though. We manages a few and had a great time. But man it was hot and humid. Felt like July. I wish I had more time more than I wish I had more money.
