thanks for checking in Al. we'll have to wait and see if they decide to re-post signs now or not. From what that prosecuter is stating goes against what you were saying on the use of the banks, so hopefully they don't have a case here. Not sure if the county owns under the bridge though, were people park. That may be key in this case.

I drove past Linden on Saturday on my way to a wedding and the county mounties had a barricade line formed. Nobody was allowed to cross under the bridge to access the creek on the North side. It was unbelievable. :shakeshead:

It is unbelieveable. They do NOT have the authority to block the waterway and prevent people from portaging up around the dam. I have this from Ms. Fite and her chief assistant themselves.

This is one of the closest acesses to my home of any stream, but I gave up going there years ago for the most part. Too much chaos and disrespect. I'll spend a little more time and gas to get somewhere with some resemblance of solitude.

Anyone in the HOA who bought a place there in the last 40 years knew full well what they were getting into.
